Responsible for managing the overall store performance, including sales achievement, team management, customer experience, and daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve store sales targets and business objectives.
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team.
- Monitor individual and team performance against KPIs.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Manage daily store operations in accordance with company SOP.
- Ensure inventory accuracy, product security, and proper stock handling.
- Maintain brand, grooming, and visual merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
- Prepare regular sales and operational reports.
- Coordinate with Area Manager and Head Office on business and operational matters.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail, preferably luxury retail or jewellery.
- Proven experience in leading a sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
- Customer-oriented and target-driven.
- Strong integrity and attention to detail.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
