• You will serve as the primary point of contact for top and local property agencies/agents in Jogjakarta, ensuring their needs are met and fostering strong relationships.
• You will identify and research potential clients, prepare a good quality of sales proposal/presentations and pitch.
• You will identify the client’s needs and exercise the right solution to help property clients to get more reach.
• You will maintain deep knowledge of the traffic and marketing solution products, services, and market trends especially within property industry.
• You will implement strategies to expand our market presence and maintain a high quality deliverables.
• You will build connections with property offices or related clients on a daily basis.

• A Fresh graduate or someone with 1 year working experience, with a degree in business, engineering, or a related field are welcome to apply.
• A good command of verbal/written English.
• Have experience in direct selling, relationship management, or meeting customers in any other way.
• Have entrepreneurship experience and a proven track record in meeting own targets & deadlines.
• Excels in a fast‑paced environment, and able to work under pressure and with monthly target.
• You have a vehicle to your own use (motorcycle/car).

• A Problem Solver: you are able to identify gaps, proposing solutions, and following through to execution.

The position reports to BD Manager. During the interview process, you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
