Relationship Manager - Business Development, Shopee Food (Semarang)
Job Description
- Act as the Shopee Food representative responsible for maintaining relationships with merchants in Semarang Area.
- Maintain merchant performance by offering participation in campaigns and other Shopee Food services through online channels (Email, Whats App blast, telephone).
- Educate merchants about the importance of store quality and operations on Shopee Food to help them gain more sales.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any major.
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
- Target-oriented.
- Good communication skills.
- Proficient in using Excel.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment.
- Experience or interest in E‑wallet platforms, food delivery, and e‑commerce business.
- Able to work well in a team.
