Position Overview

A Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. They focus on selling containerized shipping services to clients, including freight forwarders, manufacturers, importers, and exporters.

Requirements
  • Bachelors Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred
  • Min. 2 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding
  • Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
  • Highly experience of shipping terms, freight rates and logistic operations
  • Strong understanding of international trade and shipping regulation
  • Customer‑focused with a proactive approach to service delivery
  • Willing to travel for business development and client meetings
Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the container shipping market
  • Approach & maintain potential customers, including freight forwarders, traders, and manufacturers
  • Present and promote shipping services to clients to meet their logistics needs
  • Prepare and negotiate contracts, freight rates, and service agreements
  • Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
