Application Development Senior Analyst

Responsibilities

• Work with the business and gather requirements and specifications.
• Develop, build, test and maintain mobile applications.
• Brainstorm new ideas to improve UX/UI and fix bugs.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve production issues.
• Write presentation‑tier HTML/CSS/JavaScript, using libraries and plug‑ins when necessary.
• Ensure optimization of the mobile applications developed.
• Work closely with the Mobile Architects, UX/UI Designers and other team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience developing and implementing mobile applications.
• Experience in mobile web development using HTML/React‑Native/CSS/JavaScript, Android SDK, Swift, Kotlin.
• Knowledge and/or experience in Android/iOS development.
• Good understanding of UI/UX concepts for mobile devices.
• Experience in C/C++/C# / Java or other object‑oriented programming languages.
• Experience in local testing using Appium, Cucumber or See Test for native app testing tools.
• Familiarity with publishing beta apps through Test Flight/Hockey App.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodology; rapid prototyping is a plus.
• Good English communication skills.
• Willing to relocate or work in Semarang (hybrid).
