Description
Customer Service Representative - Dry Cleaning Kiosk
Hours: Can vary & some flexibility. Similar to Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM. Additional Saturday shifts may be available at other locations.

Job Description & Duties:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a "customer pleaser" by providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Customer Interaction: Welcome every customers, communicate positively, and always be kind and respectful to customers and the team.
- Order Management: Pay close attention to detail when detailing, racking (loading), and handling customer orders.
- Problem Solving: Be proactive in resolving issues and follow through professionally.
- Operational Excellence:
- Utilize basic computer skills daily.
- Maintain an organized and clean work environment.
- Be reliable and dependable, arriving on time for scheduled shifts, in uniform, and ready to work.
- Demonstrate trustworthiness and self-motivation.
Requirements
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours) per shift.
- Capable of bending, lifting, and transporting garment and laundry bags weighing approximately 30 lbs.
Core Competencies:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential for daily tasks.
Maintain a kind, caring, and professional demeanor when interacting with the public under all circumstances and situations.
