Medical Front Office Representative
Nextaff is hiring a Front Office Representative to work with our client, a busy primary care medical practice in Seminole, FL. As a Front Office Representative, you'll be greeting and checking in patients, collecting co-pays, answering telephone calls and fielding inquiries from patients regarding scheduling, prescription refills, billing, and other general patient questions and ensuring patient notes are updated. This is a full-time, contract-to-perm assignment, with a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule, that has a clear path to a permanent position with our client.

What We Need From You:
At least 1 year of administrative experience working in a patient-facing role in a medical office environment, primary care preferred
You have knowledge of medical office procedures and terminology
You have experience working with EMR applications (experience with eClinicalWorks strongly preferred)
You're friendly, outgoing, have an excellent telephone presence and enjoy solving problems.
HS diploma or equivalent, background and drug screening required.
