Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)
Join MGM Healthcare at Seminole Care & Rehab. We deliver high‑quality senior‑living care and are seeking compassionate, thoughtful individuals for full‑time CNA positions.
Shift details:
- Night Shift – 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
- Double Weekends with Baylor Pay (Sa & Su) – 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 a.m.
Pay, Benefits and Perks:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience (starting $16 /hr).
- Shift differential: 2nd shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) $0.50/hr; 3rd shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.) $1.00/hr.
- Up to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement.
- Take home up to 75 % of net earned wages each shift.
- Monthly employee contests and appreciation events.
Essential Functions:
- Respond to signal lights/bells to determine resident needs.
- Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
- Provide food trays and assist with feeding.
- Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises.
- Provide personal care and comfort.
- Move residents to wheelchair or activity areas.
- Assist residents with short‑distance ambulation.
- Record vital signs and food/fluid intake/output.
- Provide direct and indirect resident care services.
- Meet communication needs of residents and families.
- Report changes in residents’ clinical condition to nursing team.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must pass a state‑issued exam.
- Valid CNA certification in Oklahoma required.
- Six months experience in long‑term care preferred.
- Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
- Ability to react decisively in emergency situations.
- Effective communication with residents, families, and facility staff.
