Position: Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA)

Join MGM Healthcare at Seminole Care & Rehab. We deliver high‑quality senior‑living care and are seeking compassionate, thoughtful individuals for full‑time CNA positions.

Shift details:

  • Night Shift – 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.
  • Double Weekends with Baylor Pay (Sa & Su) – 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Pay, Benefits and Perks:

  • Competitive hourly rate based on experience (starting $16 /hr).
  • Shift differential: 2nd shift (3 p.m.–11 p.m.) $0.50/hr; 3rd shift (11 p.m.–7 a.m.) $1.00/hr.
  • Up to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement.
  • Take home up to 75 % of net earned wages each shift.
  • Monthly employee contests and appreciation events.

Essential Functions:

  • Respond to signal lights/bells to determine resident needs.
  • Assist residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair, and incontinence care.
  • Provide food trays and assist with feeding.
  • Assist with range‑of‑motion exercises.
  • Provide personal care and comfort.
  • Move residents to wheelchair or activity areas.
  • Assist residents with short‑distance ambulation.
  • Record vital signs and food/fluid intake/output.
  • Provide direct and indirect resident care services.
  • Meet communication needs of residents and families.
  • Report changes in residents’ clinical condition to nursing team.
  • Perform other assigned tasks.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Must pass a state‑issued exam.
  • Valid CNA certification in Oklahoma required.
  • Six months experience in long‑term care preferred.
  • Maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communication.
  • Ability to react decisively in emergency situations.
  • Effective communication with residents, families, and facility staff.
