. This full‑time position is based in a hybrid setting and covers the area from Poteau to McAlester.
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing strategies to increase client base, build brand awareness, and drive revenue growth within the home healthcare industry. This includes building relationships with referral sources, understanding market trends, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Qualifications- Education:
Associate's degree from an accredited college or university - 2‑3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in healthcare
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Possessing a driver’s license, insurance, and a reliable vehicle
- Strong communication skills
- Well‑versed in all company services
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers.
- Stay informed about local market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform marketing strategies.
- Participate in marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, and community outreach.
- Ensure all marketing materials and activities are compliant with Home Health regulations.
- Represent the company professionally and effectively in interactions with referral sources, clients, and the community.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including sales, operations, and clinical teams, to achieve organizational goals.
- Bring in new contracts with facilities for new admissions.
- Conduct sales calls and evaluate results and effectiveness of sales activity.
- Conduct market analysis; develop sales strategy, goals and plans.
- Generate referrals for home health by building relationships with physicians, long‑term care, independent and assisted living facilities and other community resources.
- Other duties assigned by management.
- Effectively communicate with a broad range of healthcare providers.
- Be familiar with the available community resources and how to access them.
- Possess organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Effectively document information with close attention to detail.
