The Project consists of front entry gate & signage, existing fence stain, turf dining area, parking striping, landscaping, site grading & drainage, restroom building, site stairs & ramps, sidewalks, pickle ball courts & fencing, asphalt drive & overlay, pavilions, playground, splash pad and site furnishings.
Order this entire project, price will be calculated by SQFT
Tate County Board of Supervisors will receive sealed or electronic bids at the office of the Tate County Administrator, Cole Massie, 910 E.F. Hale Drive, Senatobia, MS 38668 until 10:00 a.m. CST on Thursday, October 16, 2025.
Pre-Bid Information:A Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for: Thursday, September 25, 2025 10:30 a.m. CST at the project site. Location to the site can be found in the drawings or request from the Architect.
