Pay: $18-$22/hour

Responsibilities:

• Work 1:1 with clients, adhering to care plans
• Document tasks, observations, and evaluate outcomes
• Ensure quality care by creating, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing quality assurance policies
• Receive clinical direction from the staff RN
• Assist with other duties as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current Mississippi (or Compact State) LPN license
• One or more years of nursing experience, preferably in personal care
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
