Location: Various locations within your territory.

Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am-9:00am;
Saturday 7:00am-8:00am.

Hourly pay: $15.50.

We are looking for a part‑time Flower Merchandiser to join Falcon Farms. In this role you will visit stores, ensuring fruit and flower displays meet our high standards and attract shoppers. You will work independently, yet collaborate with local teams and the Falcon Farms customer‑relations squad to create show‑stopping displays and manage inventory.

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate, attractive, and compliant with brand standards.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Support during key sales dates (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas) by prepping stores for high demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments during departmental resets.
• Collaborate with teammates on special activities when needed.

• Lift and move boxes weighing up to 40 pounds frequently.
• Bend, stretch, and lift products above shoulders.
• Walk and stand for most of the shift.

• At least 18 years old.
• Read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November-May).
