Seneca, KS 66538 – Onsite Nurse Assessor – 1099 (RN) Contract $125 Per Assessment

The Helper Bees partners with insurance carriers and health plans to provide quality care and the right tools to keep older adults independent, healthy, and at home longer. This independent contractor position allows you to earn supplemental income as a nurse assessor, completing face‑to‑face assessments in the claimant’s home within a 35‑mile radius.

• This is a 1099 contract position to earn supplemental income. You will need a portable computer with Windows or a tablet with camera.
• Complete in‑depth cognitive and functional assessments with clients in their homes.
• Complete structured assessments, focusing on accuracy and efficiency.
• Observe and report the current status of the individual, remaining objective at all times.
• Coordinate all scheduling with client or their point of contact using the provided contact information.
• Submit an assessment within 24 hours through an online application. Upon submission, our review team will reach out with any needed clarifications by telephone within 48 hours. An assessment is not considered complete until all clarifications are answered.
• Receive payment of $125 per assessment upon completion.

• 5+ years as an RN—familiarity with a broad range of medications and conditions common in the geriatric population (current license required).

Once you complete the initial application form, you will be required to complete additional steps that enable our team to verify your license and provide our scheduling team with information for scheduling.
