• Inspire clients to make confident, informed decisions about their lives, careers, and money; build client relationships that grow stronger each year.
• Serve clients with diverse tax needs with the support of an expert team, and receive advanced tax training to be successful.
• Conduct tax interviews with clients face to face and through virtual tools (video, phone, chat, email).
• Prepare complete and accurate tax returns.
• Generate business growth, increase client retention, and offer additional products and services.
• Provide clients with IRS support and, where applicable, tax notice services or audit representation per certification level.
• Mentor and support teammates.

• Successful completion of the H&R Block Tax Knowledge Assessment (Tax Knowledge Assessment1).
• Experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax; experience completing individual returns and in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience completing complex returns (individual, trust, partnership).
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, bookkeeping or tax.
• Experience conducting virtual tax interviews; comfortable working with virtual tools (video, phone, and chat).
• Experience with tax planning and audit support.
• Sales and/or marketing experience.
• Educational requirement:
  High school diploma or equivalent or higher.
• Must complete continuing education requirements and meet IRS and applicable state requirements.
