We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and execute key projects from initiation through completion. In this role, you will oversee project planning, resource allocation, timelines, risk management, and communication across multiple stakeholders to ensure successful delivery. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, strong communicator, and proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and milestones in collaboration with leadership and stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and communication frameworks.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
- Monitor project performance using appropriate tools, metrics, and reporting methods.
- Anticipate and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies with clear mitigation plans.
- Facilitate regular status meetings and provide concise updates to leadership and clients.
- Ensure all projects meet quality standards, contractual requirements, and organizational expectations.
- Foster strong team collaboration, accountability, and performance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document lessons learned and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Less than a year of experience managing projects (technology, operations, or business environment preferred).
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Trello, Microsoft Project, or similar.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or similar certifications (preferred but not required).
