Production Manager, Operations Manager
Ensures an ongoing and smooth production operation with optimal use of resources.
Supervises a team of production staff to continually improve quality, production, and delivery performance.

KeyRoles & Responsibilities Standard Duties
- Responsible for attaining daily Key Performance Indicators for area managed such as safety, quality, delivery, cost and continuous improvement.
- Conducts layered audits and ensures that operational processes such as PMs, lockout/tag out, PPE audits, etc. are being followed consistently.
- Consistently applies and executes policies and standards.
- Evaluates staffing needs and assigns available resources where appropriate.
- Ensures all shift assigned equipment is routinely maintained.
- Coach and develop maintenance team leaders and technicians.
- Manages performance reviews and time keeping for area managed.
- Execute daily maintenance production plan and continuous improvement activities as set by management.
- Analyze production data and take appropriate action for continuous improvement.
- Supervise a team of hourly Maintenance personnel.
- Coordinate workload and job assignments within a technical team.
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and systems integration.
- Prepare documentation and lead compliance to a planned maintenance program.
- Collaborate with customers to deliver needed results.
- Lead Investigations related to Controls and Assembly Maintenance issues and recommend solutions.
- Oversee revisions to system software to prevent downtime.
- Lead and develop maintenance team to troubleshoot machines and equipment issues to reduce downtime.
- Partner with engineers to assure system capability of new equipment purchases.
- Drive team to deliver quality work to reduce systemic/repeated work orders.

Additional Information- Travel is occasionally required, up to 5% of the time.

Education & Experience- High school diploma required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience with computer technology and basic Microsoft Office skills

Salary Range$78,800 - $108,350
