• Manage daily operations of a single restaurant (10‑45 employees) ensuring guest satisfaction and desired restaurant outcomes (increased sales, profitability, and employee retention).
• Lead the restaurant management team and oversee financial controls, operations, people development, guest service, and Pizza Hut compliance across all shifts.
• Work long and/or irregular shifts, including extra shifts as needed, for proper restaurant functioning.
• Be overseen by an Area Coach (AC) and directly manage Team Members, Delivery Drivers, Shift Managers, and Assistant Managers.
• Interact with restaurant team members, management, ACs, customers, field operations team members, and outside vendors.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Complete all internal certification programs.
• 1‑2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of P&L interpretation and management to influence profitability.
• Ability to prioritize and organize own and others’ work and time to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
