Oversee day‑to‑day operations during each shift, delegating tasks, supervising staff, and problem‑solving. Provide excellent customer service as a strong teammate to the franchise partner.

• Manage each shift and address issues such as tardy employees and customer complaints.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is a priority.
• Complete daily paperwork (red book, shift inventories, etc.) to ensure profitability.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Enforce brand standards, company policies and procedures.
• Represent the company professionally; treat employees with dignity and respect.
• Train all staff levels on POS systems, back‑of‑house, front‑of‑house operations, and customer service.

• Effective communication with hourly associates.
• Ability to cover all shifts during normal operation.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
