Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative, you are a key member of the team and represent Glass Doctor on sales, support calls, scheduling, and office management. You are responsible for proactively generating sales as well as handling service requests and customer complaints. Exemplifying our code of values, you show respect and courtesy to all customers and employees.

• Prior experience in the auto and/or flat glass industry is a plus
• Computer literate, with working knowledge of word processing, business software and spreadsheet applications
• Proficiency to navigate tablet based technology
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Professional appearance and personality

• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
• Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner
• Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business
• Generate automotive and flat glass quotes using Point Of Sale software
• Complete work orders, return customer calls, and respond to customer complaints
• General office management
• Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
