What You'll Do:- Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment
- Implement creative, age-appropriate, and culturally engaging activities
- Collaborate closely with families, colleagues, and the community
- Observe, document, and assess children's development
- Build trusting, positive relationships to support children's social-emotional growth
- Supportive & nurturing work environment
- Be part of a relatively new centre and shape its culture from the ground up

- EY2/ L1/ L2 certified by ECDA
- EY2:
Advanced Certificate in Early Years (
ACEY
) or equivalent - L1:
Advanced Certificate in Early Childhood Care & Education (ACECCE) - L2:
Diploma in Pre-school Education - Teaching (DPE-T),
Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (DECCE-T), or equivalent recognized by ECDA - Warm, passionate, and committed to early childhood education
