Oversee daily outlet operations, manpower planning, and workflow efficiency
Monitor sales performance and support business growth initiatives
Conduct outlet audits, staff training, and SOP improvements
Handle customer feedback, inventory control, and outlet expenses
Lead, motivate, and manage team performance to maintain service standards
Diploma in F&B or related field preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of F&B or retail experience
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Independent, organised, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
