We are seeking an experienced Technical Specialist to support payroll operations and enhancements within Oracle Fusion HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Oracle Fusion Payroll system configurations

• Manage full cycle of US payroll, including deductions and garnishments

• Design reports using Oracle Payroll reporting tools

• Perform data migrations using HDL

• Collaborate on successful User Acceptance Testing documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline

• At least 5 years in Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll

• Familiarity with taxation rules and compliance

• Experience in integration of payroll systems

• Strong analytical and communication skills
