Part-Time E-VIBE E-Mediator

Position: Part-Time E-VIBE E-Mediator Role
Join The Neighbourhood Group as a part-time E-Mediator in their E-VIBE initiative, focusing on violence interruption through social media monitoring. Enhance community safety and youth engagement.

This role requires candidates to work 12 hours a week with The Neighbourhood Group's Children & Youth Services division until July 2026. As an E-Mediator, you’ll be on the front line, using your insights and training to manage online violence and support youth  position offers an hourly rate of $29.95 and demands a strong understanding of digital interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide insights on online violence trends

• Monitor and de-escalate violent online behaviors

• Identify and address community emotional vulnerabilities

• Engage in program development sessions

• Deliver detailed quarterly insights reports

Requirements:

• Familiarity with all major social media platforms

• Lived experience with community violence

• Strong A  lens applied to youth issues

• Ability to work discreetly with sensitive information

• Effective in documentation and facilitation skills
