Jamestown S’Klallam Tribe is expanding its healthcare offerings in the form of a brand new, state-of-the-art Evaluation and Treatment (E&T) Center, named Jamestown Salish Seasons, constructed on the Jamestown Healing Campus.
The Clinical Manager role will begin on March 1, 2026, as a full-time position. This start date provides a unique opportunity for the Clinical Manager to engage directly in pre-operational planning, including the completion of Policies and Procedures required for licensure, and to lead the critical recruitment, hiring, and training of the clinical staff they will supervise.
This is a unique and exciting opportunity:- This facility is the first and only Tribally owned and operated E&T in Washington State.
- It is classified as a freestanding, 16-bed Residential Treatment Facility (RTF) designed to provide 24/7/365 behavioral health inpatient treatment, including crisis stabilization, diagnosis, medication management, and more.

CARE is seeking a dedicated Clinical Manager to provide comprehensive leadership and oversight for all clinical treatment services at the Jamestown Salish Seasons facility
. This is a critical role in our 16-bed voluntary residential treatment facility, which provides 24/7/365 crisis stabilization and inpatient behavioral health services.
The Clinical Manager is central to ensuring all our programs and interventions are evidence-based, culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered
. You will play a vital role in our mission to deliver high-quality, integrated care.
- Oversee the development, implementation, and management of all clinical treatment services and programming for patients.
- Facilitate regular interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to guide and review each patient’s treatment plan and progress.
- Ensure that clinical interventions support voluntary engagement, patient choice, and recovery-oriented care.
- Promote a therapeutic environment that supports stabilization, healing, and culturally informed practices.
- Provide direct supervision and mentorship to mental health professionals, recreational therapists, traditional healer(s), and other assigned staff.
- Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and training clinical staff.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to support staff growth and accountability.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work culture that values teamwork, continuous learning, and trauma-informed care.
- Develop, implement, and monitor quality control measures for all clinical programs and services.
- Ensure all clinical operations comply with applicable federal, state, and Tribal regulations, including RCW 71.24, WAC 246-337, 42 CFR Part 2, and HIPAA.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the facility’s Quality Management Plan and participate in performance improvement initiatives.
- Monitor documentation for accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with licensure and accreditation requirements.
- Collaborate with the Executive Director, Operations Manager, and Medical Director to align clinical operations with facility-wide goals, policies, and budget priorities.
