APPS – American Para Professional Systems, Inc. is seeking an energetic, self‑motivated individual to serve as a Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist in the Sequim/Port Angeles/Port Townsend area. This is a part‑time, independent‑contractor position with flexible scheduling and high earning potential.

Pay Range
: $22.00 / hr – $25.00 / hr

As a Mobile Medical Assistant/Phlebotomist, you will conduct medical examinations at clients’ homes or offices. The exams include blood draws, medical histories, vital signs, saliva samples, and 12‑lead EKGs. You will complete these procedures safely, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality while following all compliance and safety policies.

• Perform independent, detail‑oriented medical exams at client locations.
• Collect blood, saliva, and vital sign samples; administer EKGs as required.
• Obtain client medical histories, signatures, and other documentation.
• Adhere to compliance and safety policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information.
• Complete exams in 15 minutes to just over an hour, as dictated by exam requirements.

• Set your own schedule; we offer 7 days a week, 52 weeks a year.
• Many contractors combine this role with a full‑time position for additional income.
• The company assists with scheduling appointments so you can focus on medical exams.

• Orientation
  : 3–4‑hour in‑person orientation verifies skills and reviews paperwork and software.
• Equipment

  Company may provide tablets, EKG machines, centrifuges, and manual BP cuff (Large & Extra Large). Your own equipment is considered but not guaranteed; items such as stethoscope, tape measure, printer, ink, scale, gloves, alcohol swabs, gauze, band‑aid, etc., are listed below.

• Stethoscope, tape measure, printer/paper/ink, scale (400 lb), 1 box extra gloves, 1 box alcohol swabs, 1 box band‑aid or coban, 1 box gauze.

• Minimum 1 year of practicing phlebotomy.
• Trained in manual blood pressure and pulse collection.
• Familiarity with tablets/computers.
• Preferred experience with pediatric and geriatric patients/home health.
• EKG experience is preferred but not required.
• Reliable vehicle, valid state driver’s license, and auto insurance.

References and a background check will be conducted.

High school diploma or equivalency. Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant state certification is required.
