Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per year (DOE/DOQ)
Hours:
Full Time, 40/week, Mon–Fri, 8 AM–5 PM
Join our outpatient clinical team and provide compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. As a Mental Health Therapist, you’ll deliver diagnostic evaluations, psychotherapy, treatment planning, and crisis intervention tailored to each client’s strengths, needs, and cultural background.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
- Complete comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans with measurable goals.
- Monitor client progress and adjust care as needed.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the Electronic Health Record.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with peers, supervisors, and community partners.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
- Washington State independent license (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT).
- Minimum 2 years experience working with adults and children with serious and persistent mental illness.
- Experience in co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, or substance abuse treatment.
- Knowledge of DSM diagnoses, evidence-based practices, and recovery-oriented care.
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug test.
- Proof of required vaccinations (MMR, Hep B, Tdap, flu).
