Join a collaborative team at Jamestown Family Health Clinic as a full-time Advanced Practice Clinician (ARNP). Our welcoming, resourceful medical group includes an internal orthopedist, chronic pain specialist, clinical pharmacist, behavioral health team, tele-psych practitioners, and a full spectrum of Family Medicine providers.

• Salary Range: $113,456 - $158,838
- High Nursing and MA-to-provider staffing ratios
- 16–18 patients per day
- 4-day work weeks (with occasional Saturdays from 10am–3pm)
- Outpatient care only (no inpatient)
- Multiple incentive opportunities
- Epic EHR with full-time, on-site EHR elbow support
- Provide patient-centered medical care within scope of license, training, and credentialing.
- Assess patient health through interviews, physical exams, medical history reviews, and diagnostic testing.
- Order, interpret, and act on diagnostic tests (e.g., x-rays, EKGs, labs).
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, including injuries and infections.
- Administer injections, immunizations, and perform minor procedures (e.g., wound management, lesion care).
- Counsel patients on health promotion, disease prevention, family planning, and emotional well-being.
- Collaborate with physicians and specialists on treatment plans and referrals.
- Supervise and mentor medical students and allied health professionals as assigned.
- Ensure accurate, timely medical documentation and compliance with clinic policies.
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment, adhering to infection-control policies.
- Participate in after-hours/weekend call coverage, as determined by Medical Director(s).
- Assist in staff development through training and mentorship.
- Promote the interests of the Tribe and Clinic at community functions, as directed.
- Graduate of an Advanced Nurse Practitioner program recognized by the State of Washington.
- Current unrestricted ARNP license in Washington State.
- Certification by one of the following: AANPCB, ANCC, DNCB, NCC, PNCB, or ONCC.
- Current DEA Certificate (without restriction).
- BLS Certification (required).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records (EMR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid Washington State driver’s license with ability to travel locally/regionally.
- Ability to pass a criminal background investigation.
