Sequim Bay Post Acute is looking for a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our care team! If you're passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and want to make a real difference in residents' lives, we'd love to talk to you. Earn $45-$55/hour based on experience, with day and evening shifts available.
What You'll Do- Complete thorough patient assessments and build individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, per protocol
- Monitor patient conditions closely and communicate changes promptly to physicians and the care team
- Partner with an interdisciplinary team to deliver coordinated, effective care
- Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and compliant patient records
- Support quality improvement initiatives that raise the bar on patient care and safety
- Offer emotional support and a caring presence for patients and their families
- Collaborative, team-based environment where your clinical judgment is trusted and respected
