Key Responsibilities- Perform routine and advanced small animal examinations, diagnostics, and treatments.
- Collaborate with our experienced team on surgical procedures, wellness plans, and client education.
- Manage patient caseloads efficiently while prioritizing high-quality, compassionate care.
- Contribute to clinic initiatives for process improvement and community outreach.
- Mentor support staff and stay current with veterinary best practices.
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited institution.
- Active Washington state veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain).
- 1+ years of small animal experience preferred; new grads welcome with mentorship.
- Passion for specialization, continuing education, and teamwork.
- Strong communication skills for client interactions and case discussions.
- Sign-On Bonus: $5,000 (if contract signed within 90 days).
