Overview
We are seeking a listing coordinator who has a genuine desire to help others, takes pride in their quality of work, and can multitask and solve problems. This role manages the listing process from start to finish, including arranging listing information on the MLS database, completing contracts with sellers, posting and maintaining MLS listings, scheduling property inspections and open houses, and tracking sales activity in our database to showcase results.
Basepay
Base pay range: $40,000.00/yr - $/yr
Compensation$40,000 - $100,000 yearly
Responsibilities- Manage the listing process from start to finish, including MLS data entry and maintenance
- Complete contracts with sellers
- Post and maintain MLS listings
- Schedule property inspections and open houses
- Track sales activity in the database to properly showcase results
- Provide exceptional service and maintain a positive attitude
