Your role /h3 pAs a bHead of Digitalisation Analytics /b, reporting to the Group CIO and member of the ICT Management Committee, you will lead the Group’s digital transformation and build a data‑driven culture across all Business Units. /p pYou will define and execute the digitalisation roadmap, deploy advanced AI and Analytics capabilities, and enable Business Units to leverage these assets for bmeasurable value creation /b across the organization.

Your key responsibilities /h3 ul lib Define and steer /bthe Group’s Digitalisation AI strategy in close alignment with business objectives /li lib Collaborate with the Digital Workplace AI Manager, Data Analytics Manager /b, Business Analysts and Product Owners to ensure consistency and value creation across all digital pillars /li lib Build, manage and continuously improve /bthe enterprise Analytics ecosystem (BI platforms, data lakes, data warehouses) and establish robust data governance frameworks /li libLead the identification, evaluation and deployment /bof AI use cases;

co‑define the enterprise AI strategy and drive Group‑wide adoption of Generative AI for measurable impact /li lib Supervise, motivate and develop /ba multidisciplinary team (~33 people, including 12 based in India) of data engineers, BI developers, digital project managers, and business analysts /li lib Oversee the portfolio of digital projects /bfrom ideation through delivery, ensuring prioritization, resource allocation, KPI tracking and value realization /li lib Identify, select and manage /btechnology partners, software vendors and specialized consultancies in analytics, AI and digital transformation /li lib Manage the digitalization and analytics budget /b, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI and strategic impact /li lib Champion digital culture /bby promoting innovation, change adoption and internal awareness of digital and AI initiatives across all Business Units /li /ul h3
