HSE Supervisor

Oversee daily HSE implementation across production processes, including mixing, layup, curing, and finishing operations.

Conduct Hazard Identification and Risk Assessments (HIRA), with particular focus on chemical exposure (VOC, resin, solvents) and composite dust hazards.

Lead investigations of workplace accidents, near misses, and dangerous occurrences, ensuring effective root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions.

Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, safety briefings, and chemical handling training programs.

Ensure compliance with Indonesian HSE regulations, including Law No. 1 of 1970
, Kepmenaker No. 187/MEN/1999
, and ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.

Manage the storage, handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous (B3) materials and waste, including resin and solvent waste.

Monitor workplace environmental conditions such as VOC concentration, dust exposure, and noise levels to ensure compliance with applicable Threshold Limit Values (TLVs).

Lead internal HSE inspections and audits while maintaining HSE documentation, SOPs, permits to work, and regulatory records.

Supervise, coach, and evaluate a team of 1–3 HSE Officers/Inspectors.

Promote a proactive safety culture through continuous improvement initiatives and employee engagement.

Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an HSE Supervisor, preferably within the composite, fiberglass, chemical, or manufacturing industry.

Mandatory: AK3 Umum certification issued by Kemnaker.

Strong knowledge of MSDS/SDS
, GHS chemical labeling
, and hazardous chemical management.

Working knowledge of ISO 45001 (SMK3) and ISO 14001 management systems.

Proven experience in incident investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

Strong leadership, coaching, and cross-functional communication skills.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
