Quality Engineering, Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Support electrical engineering and field operations while coordinating with Mandarin speaking teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
Key responsibilitiesCoordinate with Mandarin speaking engineering teams, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders regarding electrical engineering and field activities.
Assist in technical discussions, site inspections, work planning, and implementation of electrical projects.
Prepare electrical engineering reports, method statements, work plans, inspection records, test reports, and other technical documentation.
Assist with electrical testing, fault identification, troubleshooting, and corrective actions during installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
Monitor contractors and vendors during site activities to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with project requirements.
Support punch list preparation, inspection, testing, commissioning, handover, and project close-out activities.
Identify opportunities to improve electrical system reliability, equipment performance, operational efficiency, and maintenance practices.
About youAssociate Degree (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Electrical Engineering
Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and reading); HSK certification is a must.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Able to read and understand engineering drawings and technical documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with AutoCAD, SAP, or other engineering software is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills.
