Work DescriptionYou will be responsible to ensure and conducts complex applied research and development activities concerned with the chemical biological, and/or physical nature of food in order to evaluate and improve the quality of existing products and related processes and to develop new products and processes. This will be an exciting challenge for you to learn and develop which will open the opportunity to accelerate your own career.
Requirements- Bachelor8s degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in R&D Food/Beverages, from Dairy or UHT background will be advantage
- Strong understanding of food chemistry, microbiology, and processing.
- Experience in new product development (NPD)
- Knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, CMP FSSC 22000)
- Excellent in English both spoken and written.
- Ability to conduct research and analyze data related to food quality and processes.
