- Supervise daily food manufacturing operations and staff activities according to work plans.
- Monitor processing, packaging, sanitation, and material handling activities.
- Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, quality, and safety standards.
- Guide operators and address routine operational issues.
- Report deviations, quality concerns, or equipment problems.
- Maintain daily operational records.
