Automation

• Conduct daily on-site automation trials and machine programming activities.
• Analyze new footwear models and perform testing to evaluate automation feasibility and performance.
• Support automation trials and ensure machine programs meet production requirements.
• Assist with related automation activities to support smooth production operations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint (PPT).
• Good English proficiency and computer skills.
• Willing to perform hands-on activities in the production area.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
