Assistant Store head

Lead daily briefing, coordinate the team, and delegate tasks based on daily targets and operational priorities.

Lead and monitor end-to-end store operations while ensuring compliance with company SOP and operational standards.

Monitor daily sales performance, assist customer negotiations, manage project customers, and drive the store to achieve sales targets.

Monitor team performance, provide coaching and feedback, and support the development of Store Crew.

Manage stock availability and accuracy across the store, warehouse, and product display, including operational requirements through the ERP system.
6. Manage store social media activities, including content creation, product knowledge, visual merchandising, and customer engagement.

Strong sales mindset with good customer service, negotiation, upselling, and target achievement skills. Experience in project sales is preferred.
4. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to handle customer complaints and daily operational issues.

Good understanding of inventory management, stock opname,
POS/ERP systems
, and basic store reporting.
