We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and distribution of raw materials and finished goods. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory accuracy, maintaining efficient warehouse operations, supporting uninterrupted production, and ensuring compliance with safety and hazardous material (B3) handling requirements.
What You'll DoSupervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory control, material issuance, and finished goods dispatch.
Ensure the accuracy of incoming and outgoing materials by coordinating with Purchasing, Production, PPIC, and Quality Control.
Manage inventory levels through regular stock counts, safety stock monitoring, and FIFO implementation.
Ensure raw materials and hazardous chemicals (B3) are stored, handled, and managed in compliance with applicable safety regulations and company procedures.
Coordinate the timely issuance of materials to support production schedules and prevent production delays.
Oversee the preparation and shipment of finished goods, ensuring complete and accurate shipping documentation.
Maintain accurate warehouse transactions and inventory records in the ERP/WMS system.
Lead, coach, and evaluate warehouse personnel to achieve operational excellence and productivity targets.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and workplace safety.
Ensure compliance with company policies, warehouse SOPs, and occupational health and safety (K3) standards.
What You'll BringDiploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Chemistry, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
Experience in a multinational (PMA) manufacturing company is highly preferred.
Valid Forklift Operator License (SIO) is required; K3 certification is an advantage.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and ERP/WMS systems.
Knowledge of hazardous materials (B3) handling, warehouse safety, and applicable regulations.
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
What You'll Have Authority OverApprove or reject goods received that do not meet specifications in coordination with Quality Control.
Prioritize and allocate inventory to support production requirements.
Supervise, coach, and evaluate warehouse team performance.
Recommend improvements to warehouse processes, SOPs, systems, and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards and hazardous material handling procedures.
