Work Week: 5 days, Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6:00pm

ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally.
Provide accurate information on products, services, and company policies, clarifying customer enquiries and directing them to appropriate resources when necessary.
Communicate politely and effectively via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
Deliver effective service recovery by addressing customer concerns in accordance with service recovery procedures while minimizing costs through corrective actions.
Meet performance targets, including response time, customer satisfaction scores, and call/email handling metrics.
