About the role

Join our technical operations team as an Associate Technician / Engineer in semiconductor assembly and electronics packaging equipment. • Create repair/refurbishment work orders, perform disassembly, assembly, and testing of Mechatronics Assemblies modules following Standard Work Instructions (SWI) and Test Procedures
• Perform bonding, wire clamp refurbishment, precision assembly, and data collection using optical microscopes
• Diagnose, analyze, and troubleshoot machine and spare part issues independently using official Troubleshooting Guides
• Work with materials planners to expedite support, replenish components, and ensure accurate material issuance per work order
• Timely update system records upon work completion and participate in Agility Training across various product lines

• Minimum NITEC / Higher NITEC in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines

• Basic knowledge of wire bonding and/or die bonding technology is preferred
• Comfortable working independently, using microscopes for extended periods, and performing technical troubleshooting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) with good written and verbal communication skills
