General Description Of

The Role
As Global Intelligent Automation Sr. Specialist at Campari Group, you will contribute to the evolution of the company’s Intelligent Automation capabilities, supporting global business transformation through process optimization, automation delivery and data-driven improvement. The resource will be part of the T&S (Technology & Services) department and will report to the Global Intelligent Automation Manager. The mission of this role is to leverage Intelligent Automation technologies — including LCAP, RPA, process mining and AI — to improve the efficiency, scalability and reliability of business operations across global functions and markets.

The Global Intelligent Automation Sr. Specialist will support the implementation of automation and process improvement initiatives, helping identify opportunities, translate business needs into actionable solutions, and contribute to shaping a scalable, reliable and value-oriented Intelligent Automation program. The role requires a combination of project/program management capabilities, solid technical understanding, stakeholder engagement and a continuous improvement mindset. Strong hands‑on experience with automation, low‑code platforms, integrations or process mining is considered a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities And Activities

Intelligent Automation Delivery: support the implementation of Intelligent Automation initiatives across global business processes, ensuring solutions are delivered with the right balance of technical quality, business value, scalability and reliability.

Use Case Identification and Assessment: identify, assess and prioritize automation, process mining and AI opportunities in collaboration with business stakeholders, supporting the definition of the most suitable technology approach across LCAP, RPA, process mining and AI capabilities.

Project and Program Management: support the planning, coordination and execution of Intelligent Automation projects, ensuring timelines, dependencies, risks and deliverables are properly managed and aligned with the overall program roadmap.

Process Mining and Data-Driven Improvement: support process mining initiatives by analysing process data, identifying inefficiencies, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations for business and IT stakeholders.

Solution Design and Integration: collaborate with IT teams, architects and vendors to ensure automation deliverables are properly designed, integrated with existing systems and aligned with Campari’s technology landscape, governance principles and operational standards.

Stakeholder Engagement: engage with business and IT stakeholders at global and local level to understand needs, collect requirements, manage expectations and promote the adoption of Intelligent Automation solutions.

Continuous Improvement and Scalability: contribute to shape and improve the Intelligent Automation program by promoting reusable assets, common standards, best practices and scalable delivery models across initiatives.

Platform Monitoring and SaaS Management: oversee the usage and performance of automation and process mining platforms, liaising with vendor support and internal IT teams to manage updates, new features, enhancements and operational continuity.
