Key Responsibilities

• Take ownership of reported technical issues and manage cases through to resolution using the technical support system.
• Provide field-based technical support to the dealer network and produce detailed visit reports.
• Prioritise and manage multiple complex technical cases simultaneously.
• Escalate unresolved issues to engineering teams, ensuring timely and customer-focused solutions.
• Support Quality teams in the investigation and resolution of product-related concerns.
• Assist Customer Experience teams with technical input relating to customer complaints.
• Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of technical support processes and systems.
• Review technical documentation received from global teams, ensuring it is suitable for the UK market and identifying any translation requirements.
