OH10 - SYNERGY Home Care of Lakewood is seeking a compassionate and caring Home Health Aide (Non-Medical) to join our team! As a Home Health Aide, you will provide non-medical care and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. • Provide non-medical care and support to clients, including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and personal care
• Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Help clients with mobility and transfers, such as getting in and out of bed or using the bathroom
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Report any changes or concerns to the client's family or care team
• Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided

• 1 years of experience preferred
• Ability to provide non-medical care and support to clients
• Ability to lift and move clients, as well as bend and stoop
• Ability to travel to and from client homes and adapt to changing situations
• Have reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
