** We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Lead to join our team at our Seven Hills facility. As a Maintenance Lead, you will be responsible for eliminating maintenance and breakdown-related losses, building capability in operating teams, and overseeing the preventative, corrective, and continuous improvement aspects of maintenance support for the assigned area. Our Seven Hills site is divided into a wet and dry section each consisting of 5 production lines, we currently have a vacancy in our wet section for the right candidate!

** Key position responsibilities include, but not limited to:
*** Perform assigned KHMS Maintenance Lead activities
* Champion the Kraft Heinz Safety Rules on the shop floor
* Attend daily maintenance planning meetings and work with other stakeholders to form a unified maintenance plan for the day
* Provide efficient supervision and guidance to resources assigned to the wet section
* Actively participate in DDS meetings and execution of the daily action plan
* Assist with hands-on maintenance tasks as required
* Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines
* Support and lead portions of 90-day loss eliminating planning
* Drive breakthrough results in planned and unplanned downtime
* Own M&R costs for the wet section
* Own the breakdown reduction process for the wet section
* Create and manage the preventative maintenance schedule for the wet section
* Manage the planned and un-planned workflow tasks through the Mainpac system
* Source materials and spare parts for maintenance activities
* Assist in preparation of project scopes for capital expenditure

* About you:

*** Certificate 3 or 4 in Mechanical Engineering or Electrotechnology
* 5+ years of experience working in a FMCG environment as a maintenance lead or equivalent
* Proficiency using Mainpac
* Strong mechanical and/or electrical knowledge with respect to FMCG equipment
* Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office software
* Good communication and delegation skills
* Good time management and planning skills
* High level of proficiency with good documentation practices
* Certified in LOTO
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent management and supervisory skills
