Position: Wellness Nurse Manager Type: Part‑Time

Location: Seven Hills, Ohio
Sign on Bonus: $3,000

Starting Wage: $30 – $34 per hour

Wednesday 7 p.m. – 7 a.m.

Responsibilities
  • Take on the role of Superior Supervisor – when department heads are absent, oversee the building, assist and lead the Wellness team, and collaborate with other departments to provide quick, reliable, and person‑centered care.
  • Act as a Force on the Floor – set a good example, be available to help with call lights, assist the team, and demonstrate a sense of urgency that places residents’ needs first.
  • Function as a Diligent Documenter – complete and file resident assessments, medical records, and internal documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve as a Compassionate Caregiver – exemplify Arrow’s core values and ensure each interaction with a resident is professional, caring, and leaves the resident feeling safe and cared for.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Must hold a current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of employment.
  • Provide direct (hands‑on) nursing care, including medication passes as needed.
  • Have thorough working knowledge of current care standards and regulations.
  • Have comprehensive knowledge of medication regulation and law.
  • Understand requirements for providing appropriate care and supervision to residents.
  • Experience with hands‑on care of memory‑impaired residents is preferred, but not required.
  • Experience with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR) is preferred, but not required.
  • Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our residents.
  • Maintain a positive and energetic attitude that loves residents.
  • Be physically able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, lift/move items up to 50 pounds, perform two‑person transfers, and assist residents after a fall.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
