Position: Practice Accountant with Management Accounts
Are you an experienced Practice Accountant with Management Accounting experience looking for a dynamic role in a well-established and growing accountancy firm? We are recruiting for a talented individual to work directly alongside a Partner, playing a crucial role in managing client accounts and supporting business operations.

The Role:

As a Management Accountant and PA to Partner, you will be a key part of the team, providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities:

Providing statutory and management accounting services to a varied client base
Working closely with a Partner to support client advisory and business strategy
Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reports
Overseeing Xero, Quick Books, Sage, and Dext for clients
Supervising and guiding junior staff members
Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards
Supporting process improvements and efficiency initiatives

About You:

ð¹ Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred)
ð¹ Strong experience in management accounting and general practice
ð¹ Proficiency in Xero, Quick Books, Sage, and Dext
ð¹ Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
ð¹ Motivated, self-starter, and proactive mindset
ð¹ Comfortable working in an office-based role (no remote work)
ð¹ Must be able to commute to Sevenoaks within 40 minutes
