Practice Accountant Management Accounts

Are you an experienced Practice Accountantwith Management Accounting experience looking for a dynamic role in a well-established and growing accountancy firm? We are recruiting for a talented individual to work directly alongside a Partner, playing a crucial role in managing client accounts and supporting business operations.

As a Management Accountant and PA to Partner, you will be a key part of the team, providing high-quality accounting services to a diverse portfolio of clients. • Providing statutory and management accounting services to a varied client base
• Working closely with a Partner to support client advisory and business strategy
• Preparing financial statements, forecasts, and cash flow reports
• Overseeing Xero, Quick Books, Sage, and Dext for clients
• Supervising and guiding junior staff members
• Ensuring compliance with UK accounting standards
• Supporting process improvements and efficiency initiatives

• Qualified, Part-Qualified, or QBE (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA preferred)
• Strong experience in management accounting and general practice
• Proficiency in Xero, Quick Books, Sage, and Dext
• Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills
• Motivated, self-starter, and proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in an office-based role (no remote work)
• Must be able to commute to Sevenoaks within 40 minutes
