Role - Bookkeeper/Accounts Clerk/Payroll Manager for local family run business
Robert Draper Removals and Storage - Sevenoaks
Location - Small office based in central Sevenoaks
Hours - Part time / Flexible (approx. 14 hours per week)
Salary - £21.00 per hour
Outline of Role and requirements
* Processing customer invoices and credit control using cloud based system. (Freeagent)
* Taking payments using Credit card system (TYL)
* Processing supplier bills and payments (Freeagent)
* Daily Bank reconciliation
* Precise record keeping of Storage Accounts using Excell
* Reconciling Accounts on a monthly basis
* Making sure records are compliant with financial rules
* Completing VAT returns
* Completing PAYE/NI returns
* Preparing employees’ wages (Brightpay)
* Processing Pension scheme (Nest)
* Assist Office Manager with daily tasks
* Assist Accountant with any administrative duties for preparing yearly accounts
Ideal candidate will have expertise and experience in the above roles and software, however training / guidance will be provided.
