My client based in Biggin Hill are looking to recruit a Maintenance Administrator to join their team on a full time permanent basis. You will be working with engineers and wider teams to arrange maintenance on equipment for clients. You will be joining a reputable team where attention to detail is rife, communication is perfected and organisation skills are a given.

• Complete weekly plans for maintenance on the equipment for the following week and possibly the week after.
• Meeting with the wider operation teams to correlate equipment ensuring clients can use the equipment and find suitable replacement for those needing repairs/maintenance.
• Monitor resources and available engineers for what maintenance is required and allocate them to maintenance duties.
• Monitor how each maintenance takes which will then perfect maintenance time tables.
• Estimate costs for clients who own this equipment, ensuring you have attention to detail including all costs including labour per hour etc.
• Communicate with clients to confirm pricing and arrange booking for maintenance.

• Strong maths or economics A Levels.
• Administration experience.
• Bubbly and outgoing nature.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Can commute to the office everyday.
