Service Coordinator – Sevenoaks - £36,000
We are currently representing a fast-growing and well-established organisation within the Facilities Management sector, who are looking to appoint a Service Coordinator to join their Head Office. This is a full-time, office-based position supporting key national retail contracts.

£28,000 - £36,000

08:30 – 17:00

The Role:
Working alongside the Strategic Projects Coordinator and reporting to the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth delivery of service and maintenance contracts, primarily across two major retail clients.
You will act as the central coordination point between engineers, clients, suppliers and internal teams, ensuring all service activities are delivered efficiently, on time and to a high standard.
Duties:
Coordinate and schedule engineers for daily and weekly works.
Monitor engineer performance and track job progress.
Carry out daily check-in calls with engineers to review progress and paperwork.
Book works in line with client requirements and KPIs.
Manage jobs via third-party client systems (including accepting, declining and progressing works).
Provide proactive client updates and resolve issues with a solution-focused approach.
Coordinate materials, equipment and documentation for site works.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.
Assist with project and service coordination including tracking updates, sign-offs and resource allocation.
Produce reports, collate information and assist with fact-finding/problem solving.
Support PPM reporting and ensure documentation is completed accurately.
Update internal trackers and systems.
Work closely with accounts for supplier and subcontractor orders.
Health & Safety Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of RAMS and health & safety documentation.
Ensure site-specific risk assessments are completed by engineers and subcontractors.
Support compliance with company H&S procedures.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a service coordination or similar role (building services or specialist contractor background desirable).
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (confident using and formatting formulas).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
High level of IT literacy.
Professional and proactive approach when dealing with clients and colleagues.
Resilient, organised and able to perform well under pressure.
Eligibility to work in the UK.
